The United States is a corporation and the cities and states are subsidiaries borrowed out on the federal dime, so it goes to figure that the police on the streets are pretty much the equivalent of independent contractors acting as collection agents for the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK. Their jobs are in making sure that the franchisee/strawmen (Vessels of the United States) are following the rules and paying their taxes and their debts.
The constitution does not give authority for the creation of city governments. City governments are corporate franchisees of the UNITED STATES Corporation, created under the laws of commerce and their collecting fines in insurance script. They are governed by the rules of commerce only which is Admiralty/maritime Jurisdiction under the rules of the UCC.
Title 28, 3002(15)(3): States that all departments of the UNITED STATES Corporation are part of the corporation.
Government has no power over you save what you give them and no commercial employee has lawful authority over Sovereign American Civilians. They do have authority over Vessels of the United States. The reason that the government is getting away with a total butchery of the American Jurisprudence is because the people trust the men in blue out of ignorance and naivety, or they are deathly afraid of suffering the wrath of the cops.
This cannot continue if America is to survive in the new millennium. It is our duty to educate our Governors, Secretaries of State, Legislators, County Commissioners, Mayors, City Mangers, Police Chiefs, and Council Members as to the difference between the Sovereign American People and commercial franchisees of the United States Corporation. Once noticed they will order their corporate security guards to watch themselves on youtube.com and keep their flaming hands to themselves.
So, if you want to get away with telling the cops to take a walk you better have all your ducks in a row.
The Constitution is the foundation of a nation. The Articles of amendment exist to protect Sovereign American Nationals from political rascals and every public servant must swear an oath in God’s Name to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America. You should remind them constantly, and bind them to it.
Read the Constitution, and know that the Bill of Rights only protects Sovereign civilians, for failure to uphold their oath can cause any public servant to lose their job.

Yehshua Christ said in Matthew 5:34 that Christians cannot swear oaths, and in Verse 37 – that any testimony beyond a “yes” or “no” answer is evil. Is your local court for Christ or is it Anti Christ?
In your once great nation there was a time when an oath to God put an END to all argument. Hebrews 6:16. Is this court rule available to you in your local courtroom?
According to all Encyclopedias, an oath is always a religious ceremony. Does your court require separation of their church from their state? In their courts, you must place your left hand on a Bible while saluting the black robed priest with your right hand. This is worshiping a false god.
